MY FIRST VISIT

Upon entrance to Inland Chiropractic, you will be given new patient intake forms to complete as well as our notice of privacy practices. A new patient consultation will be conducted by your treating Chiropractor. This will involve reviewing your case history form and any other pertinent medical information. From there a spinal examination will be performed to assess the issues at hand and determine candidacy for Chiropractic treatment. Oftentimes x-rays are taken to further assess and diagnose the condition. Following will be the report of findings (ROF). This will be when your Chiropractor accepts your case.

You will have ample time to have all your questions answered. The doctor will diagnose your condition and give you treatment options. From there, a decision will be made for which Chiropractic technique or combination of techniques will suit your case best.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept most insurances including: Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Pacificare, United Health Care, Kaiser, Cigna, and many more.  We also accept Medicare and Medi-cal.

For those that do not have health insurance we have a variety of cash plans to accommodate your financial situation.  Call us for more details.
